About Me

ML Engineer with a 6-year Royal Air Force background in cyber assurance, network operations, and secure systems. I've worked on critical communications infrastructure, cloud-based environments, and sensitive information systems — the kind of operational context that shapes how I think about reliability, security, and getting things right under pressure.

I'm now completing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Essex and building toward ML engineering roles in the defence and security sector. Recent project: a production-grade network intrusion detection pipeline — XGBoost classifier (F1=0.9036), Isolation Forest ensemble, FastAPI inference API, deployed to AWS ECS Fargate with GitHub Actions CI/CD and runtime drift monitoring.

CompTIA Security+, 2× Cisco CCNA, Red Hat certified. Google and AWS ML certifications in progress.
